Casual Concierge

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the front desk operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
