**Position Location**:North Vancouver

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a temporary Pricing Coordinator join our Finance Team. This role will focus on monitoring price accuracy for a business, reviewing inventory invoices, ensuring the product is received and sold at the correct cost, and utilizing point-of-sale systems. Duties include working with those in in the storefront correcting shelf tags, collaborating with suppliers and clients for a discounted price, implementing a pricing structure, assisting with a price change, and running and analyzing reports. Ultimately, the incumbent will ensure accurate prices for products in all store locations.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Perform ‘Margin Management’, such as daily price execution, monthly vendor listing analysis, catalogue review and competing vendor analysis
- Action relevant price changes
- Ensure accurate categorization and linking of similar SKUs
- Assist in the file maintenance process
- Update item costs while ensuring accurate item descriptions and vendor information
- Collaborate with sales teams and the Marketing Department on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
- Review category performance, and make recommendations using data for category expansion/contraction plans
- Support the Company’s online shopping platform by maintaining accurate product availability, descriptions, and category validation
- Conduct and analyze pricing performance internally and externally
- Coordinate the standardization of pricing and pricing procedures with stakeholders in all store locations
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- 3-4 years of retail experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- May be required to lift up to 15 pounds at times

**Salary**

$27 per hour
