We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associates (Customer Experience Associates) with a positive mindset, passion for delivering great service, and a respectful and collaborative nature to deliver this experience to each and every customer that walks through our doors. Customer Experience Associate Duties/Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide product information and recommendations to customers. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. - Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, and planograms. - Process out-of-stock procedures to maintain replenishment. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals. - Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions. - Stay up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales. - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. - Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. - Respond to customers’ questions. - Filter customers through appropriate sales channels. Feed the B2B sales pipeline internally through lead referrals. - Alerts management of potential security issues. Skills/Abilities: - 3-5 years of previous retail sales experience with power tools or equivalent preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and co-workers. - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating flexibility and adapting to last-minute changes. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Analytical ability to extract insights from data and reports to inform decisions. - Ability to work self-directed and set priorities in line with overall company objectives. - Ideal Team Player.
