**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Perform and review system configurations such as Inventory Management, Production and Scheduling, Operations and Sales and other related to the manufacturing operations;
- Develop functional and technical specification and solution documents;
- Provide stakeholders with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a ‘go-to’ resource for specific functional areas, promoting a comprehensive, real-time understanding of business activities in the front office, in factories and warehouses;
- Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities and participate in Subject Matter Expert programs;
- Fully own the delivery process for value-added ERP enhancements, executing all steps from discovery, initiation, requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, configuration, training and rollout;
- Design and fully document business processes;
- Match business requirements with native ERP features and functions; responsible to deliver overall ERP business solution with incumbent ERP (e.g., D365 Finance and Operations);
- Execute unit testing and drive all aspects of user acceptance testing for solutions delivered;
- Perform rollout and training activities to fully integrate a new solution into the manufacturing operations.
- Prioritize initiatives and/or ensure consistency with corporate strategies.
- Maximize the employee’s efficiency by setting clear expectations and focusing on their strengths;
- Demonstrate leadership and support to the team;
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration on a daily basis.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst, implementation consultant or equivalent.
- ERP implementation experience with manufacturing, production, finance and accounting, payables, receivables, invoicing, procurement and project accounting modules.
- Strong knowledge of core ERP enabled business cycles including order to cash, procure to pay, record to report accounting, order management, production planning cycles.
- Ability to link business process to ERP solutions, setup and configuration, with full understanding of their financial accounting impact.
- Functional, technical, implementation and leadership skills
- Previous ERP Project management expertise is an asset
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Formal Accounting education or equivalent Certifications/Education in Finance is an asset
- MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F and O) or Business Central experience preferred; or in-depth expertise in equivalent mid to high range ERPs such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, sense of initiative and a high sense of organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and French.
