**Human Resources Administrator (12 Month Contract)**

**Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products in markets throughout Canada, the United States, around the worldand we’re still growing. **Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
- Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration, HR or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data integrity and delivering high quality work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR communications process via HR mailbox and Moxy screens on behalf of the department and partner with Corporate Communication team to standardize and streamline employee communications
- Assist with reporting and analytics in relation to workforce metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service, promoting positive employee relations through day-to-day support and guidance to the business
- Assist in the development and implementation of best in class HR processes that support various projects and business initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team as required
