**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, including Sketchup, Revit, and NavisWorks.
- Create 2D animations and visual representations of projects using Sketchup.
- Draft schematics for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from project managers or clients.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for future reference.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and specifications.
**Experience**
- Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with Revit, NavisWorks, and Sketchup is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in drafting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $15.00-$33.24 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
