**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist skilled carpenters in various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include building, fabricating, and restoring structures while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry field.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist carpenters with the construction and installation of structures and fixtures.
- Build and fabricate wooden structures according to specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Help with caulking, plumb, and finish work on various installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the team in restoring existing structures as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience or training in carpentry or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- A maintenance person background is beneficial for troubleshooting various tasks on-site.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
