**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing excellent customer service to clients and prospective buyers.
- Prepare and organize documents related to property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the administrative functions of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare marketing and promotional materials.
- organize and confirm appointments for property viewings, inspections and closings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing the real estate team's day-to-day operations including maintaing active deal files, arranging vendor services, updating and managing of the CRM, working through systems to maintain client communication.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not required.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software and technology tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team enviroment.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Strong time-management skills.
