**In-House Home Stager & Administrative Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Property Staging**:
- Staging consult: Create detailed to-do lists and staging plans outlining specific tasks and enhancements needed to maximize the property's market potential.
- Educate clients on the importance of staging in the selling process and the potential impact on their property's marketability and sale price.
- Select and arrange furniture, accessories, and décor to highlight each property's unique features and bring in any staging items needed to enhance the property.
- Advise clients on paint colors and flooring when needed and coordinate any contractors needed including gathering quotes and booking the job.
- Taking before and after photos of your work for social media purposes as well as to share with potential clients.
**2. Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.
- Maintain organized records of property listings, client information, and staging inventory.
- Provide support to real estate agents and other team members as needed to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist in office tasks such as setting up office meetings, helping organize office events, setting up open house signs, writing client cards, organizing and delivering client gifts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in home staging and interior design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and effective staging solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to client interactions.
- Flexibility to assist with administrative tasks as needed, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
