**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Develop a product strategy and roadmap to help customers discover and hire the best voice talent- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver solutions that achieve shared outcomes- Become the leading expert on our customers through ongoing research, interviews, and observation of their workflows- Partner with designers and engineers to iterate on an outcomes-based product roadmap aligned with our product vision and strategy- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to make data-informed decisions and continuously iterate toward better customer and business outcomes
- Communicate product learnings, insights, and decisions clearly across the organization to build shared context and understanding
**What We Look For**
- 3-5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment- Strong discovery skills and toolkit - expert at framing problems, uncovering needs, and defining success through research, analytics, and experimentation- Ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively as a team player- Analytical and data-savvy - adept at leveraging data to uncover insights, measure experiments, and drive decisions- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority- Passion for understanding and solving customer problems- Entrepreneurial, biased toward action, and energized by ambiguity
- [Bonus] Experience with digital marketplaces or SaaS solutions (B2B or B2B2C).
