**Header**:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the Supervisor by helping organize inventory within the parts department reviewing min/max levels and submitting inventory level changes for review projecting parts purchasing forecasts and perform cycle counting and reporting. The position will also support parts order picking and parts receiving, issue parts to technicians and perform inspection on incoming products from San Jose.

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure that all parts requests are allocated picked and delivered to the technicians.
- Ensure that all parts receiving is completed within 24 hours of shipment arrival and put into the correct location.
- Picking parts and deliver to the technicians.
- Responsible for processing Allocations requests.
- Responsible for shipping core units.
- Responsible for completing expense consumable parts requests from technician.
- Perform daily inventory cycle count and follow up on approvals.
- Perform chemical inventory checks.
- Organize and maintain the parts department following the 5S philosophy while ensuring that daily parts inventory needs are being met.
- Perform all other essential duties as directed

**Job Requirements**:
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma required. Community college certificate/diploma within technical field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of related inventory management experience an asset.
- SAP experience is an Asset.
- Experience using Microsoft tools is an asset.

**PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to follow management direction.
- Independent work ethic and results oriented.
- High degree of personal organization.
- Task oriented requiring mínimal supervision once initial training completed.
- Computer literate.
