**Duties**
- Provide direct support to Children with special needs, assisting in daycare activities and play
- Educate Child through engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Facilitate classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Monitor progress and document observations to inform future support strategies.
- Assist in the implementation of educational programs aimed at enhancing life skills.

**Qualifications**
- Experience or education in early childhood education is preferred.
- Background in caregiving or working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, family and other staffs.
- A passion for educating others and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tsawwassen, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
