**Key Responsibilities**:

- **File Management**: Maintain and organize client files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- **Keeping Lawyers on Track**: Manage calendars, deadlines, and schedules to ensure lawyers stay organized and focused.
- **Client Support**: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering information, and maintaining trust and confidence.
- **Court and Insurance Liaison**: File court documents, manage communications with insurers, and track timelines for statutory accident benefits claims.
- **Trial, Hearing and Mediation Preparation**: Assist with organizing evidence, drafting briefs, and coordinating expert reports or witness schedules.
