Pomer and Boccia Professional Corporation is a law firm offering services to business and individuals in a broad range of practice areas. P&B is located in the heart of Woodbridge, Ontario.

Responsibilities Include:

- Independently manage commercial and residential real estate transactions, specifically financing and private lender files, from beginning to end.
- Draft and review closing documents, and prepare accounts and reports for the above types of files.
- Prepare corporate documents for private lender real estate transactions.
- Ongoing verbal and written communication with lawyers, law clerk and clients
- a minimum of 2 years of real estate law clerk experience in Ontario completing all stages of commercial and residential and mortgage transactions.
- successful completion of a Law Clerk diploma program preferred
- high level of proficiency in Microsoft office, Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity and Esi-Law
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
