**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide individual counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and case management activities.
- Educate patients on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Clinical Counselor or equivalent certification.
- Experience working clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in case management and patient advocacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients.
