We are a very busy practice who works with Winnipeg Animal Emergency Hospital to provide 24 hour service, 365 days of the year. We are seeking an outgoing mature individual who excels at customer service. The individual needs to be hard working, good at multitasking, prioritizing, organization and works well individually and in a team environment. The shifts would be Mon & Fri 8am-5pm, Tues, Wed, Thurs 4pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-1pm (Avg. 33hr/week). We need an individual who:

- Is knowledgeable of veterinary clinic procedures and terminologies.
- Is passionate about animals.
- Has the ability to relate with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Has excellent phone etiquette.
- Has the ability to exercise patience and empathy with clients.
- Has the ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Has excellent written and oral communication.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to keep the work environment tidy and comfortable.
- Has the physical ability to lift up to 40-50lbs.
