- **Job description**_

To provide administrative support and product information to our customers (brokers, insurance carriers and broker’s clients) and colleagues.
- **What Will You Do?**_
- Provide prompt, professional, knowledgeable and accurate customer service to advisors
- Building strong working relationship with internal and external partners (i.e. Life carrier companies and independent brokers)
- Receive and respond to inquiries requesting status, support or general information
- Cross-Training - learning other department functions to support as a backup when needed
- Perform other related duties, as necessary or as assigned.

- **Who We’re Looking For**_
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task with competing priorities
- Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-pasted team environment
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and MGA distribution channel is an asset
