**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
- Support seniors with their daily activities
- Keep records of daily activities and health information
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Tend to emotional well-being of children, seniors and individuals with disability.
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Take seniors to outdoor events

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of working with persons with disabilities and their unique needs.
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Non-smoker
- Honesty
- Patience

**Security and Safety**
- Criminal record check
- Basic security clearance
- Emergency first aid and CPR for children and seniors
- First Aid Certificate
- Applicable support worker certificates
