About the role

What you’ll do
- Support cross-functional research initiatives
- Develop and own competitive intelligence program
- Owning qualitative and quantitative research projects that include methods such as surveys, text analysis and interviews
- Own checkout metrics benchmarking Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends
- Own voice of customer program
- Research and keep updated checkout best practices
- Train customer facing teams on competitive positioning
- Distill market intelligence to executives and non-technical audiences cross functions to support key business decisions that are tied to revenue.
- Communicating and defining best practices for market research
- Utilize specific competitive analysis tools and frameworks to build a programmatic approach to how we make decisions

What we’re looking for
- A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
- At least 3+ years performing market research within ecommerce, preferably one that is fast-paced and innovation-focused
- Experience in creating competitive analysis programs within Enterprise B2B experience
- Experience in distilling complex findings into actionable insights and presenting them to executive audience
- Experience working with technical team to deliver competitive intelligence
- Experience in presenting quantitative and qualitative data
- Adept at using survey software (e.g., Survey Monkey, Typeform, Qualtrics)
- Experience conducting primary research is an asset
- Research background is an asset
- Experience with JIRA & Confluence an asset
