**Role Description**:
We're looking for a behaviour interventionist (BI) who can support a nine year old learner located in North Delta to reach goals related to communication and skill acquisition in a variety of areas. For the current team we are looking for support in a home setting where you will be working 1:1 to implement plans created by the consultant team. You will be given the appropriate training and support initially and throughout your time on the team in the form of ongoing on-the-job training. We are looking for individuals who are fun, energetic, creative and love spending time with children. Your role will be to motivate and engage the student, and have fun while implementing learning opportunities You will also be collecting data regularly and reporting back to the behavioural team.

**Requirements**:

- A clear criminal record check must be provided upon request to the family and/or daycare/school
- 2-3 Professional references
- 19 years of age or older

**Scheduling**:

- The shift/sessions will occur once per week for two hours and the family is flexible about day/time of session. Sessions will occur consistently each week, on a fixed schedule.

Wage is discussed between BIs and families, and will be dependent on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

- Delta, BC V4C 6X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- behaviour interventionist: 1 year (required)
