**Position Overview**:
Media Graph Inc. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support issues, providing hands-on assistance to end users while ensuring smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in IT support who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide frontline support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with user account management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and device provisioning.
- Track and respond to service requests using a help desk ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates on endpoints and servers.
- Troubleshoot basic networking problems
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
- Provide hands-on support during larger IT projects or infrastructure upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- AEC, DEC, or certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable supporting non-technical users.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of documenting work clearly.
- Physically able to move and set up IT hardware and peripherals as needed.
