Browns is looking for a highly motivated Store Support Technician who will perform tasks assigned by the IT Support Manager and respond to operational and technical support calls at Level 1 and follow-up both in the store and in the office.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English)
- Organization, efficiency, multitasking and detail oriented
- Must be discreet, reliable, and highly disciplined
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of point-of-sale software such as Chaindrive is an asset
- Flexible work hours (including the possibility of nights and weekends to offer support to the stores)
- Experience in the retail industry
- Interest in learning the technical side for support

**Responsibilities**:

- Train stores to use new features
- Data entry
- Assist in the design of documentation for new software and training guides

Cette personne accomplira toutes les tâches selon les demandes du Gestionnaire du Support IT et répondra aux appels de demande de support opérationnel et technique Niveau 1 et faire le suivi au niveau des magasins et du bureau.

**Exigences**:

- Bilinguisme (français et anglais/parlé et écrit)
- Organisation, efficacité, multitâche et un grand souci de détail
- Doit être initiative, fiable et très disciplinée
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Connaitre des logiciels de point de vente tel que Chaindrive est un atout
- Horaires de travail flexibles (y compris la possibilité de soirs et fin de semaine pour supporter les magasins)
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail
- Intérêt à apprendre le côté technique pour le support

**Responsabilités**:

- Former les magasins face a l’utilisation de nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Entrée de données
- Aider à la conception de documentation pour les nouveaux logiciels et guides de formation
