Over the years, our farm has evolved beyond “pick your own fruit” to include a fantastic live entertainment area, a retail store, a fully licensed restaurant, and many exciting events. **What you bring to the table**:

- 2+ years previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and supervise staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
- Have an understanding of restaurant POS systems
- Smart serve certification is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
- Provide and maintain a positive, safe, & energetic environment where all staff work as a highly functioning team
- Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance
- Ensuring guest’s experiences meet the highest standards
- Ongoing training and development for staff
- Fill in where needed and/or find coverage, must be able to work all roles to ensure guest experience is not affected in case of a scheduling conflict
- Additional duties as assigned or required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
