Assistant Facility Maintenance Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Direct
- Manage scheduling Daily cleaning and sanitizing of facility.
- Setting up and tearing down
- Meeting & Greeting Centre visitors
- Teamwork with all departments to provide a high standard for all patrons
- Use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Basic electrical skills
- Facility Health & Safety
- Grounds and security maintenance (fencing, inspections, etc.)
- Indoor and outdoor maintenance
- Other tasks as required by the Facility Maintenance Manager

**Working conditions and physical requirements**
- Full time position. Some overtime may be required.
- Standing for long periods of time
- Able to bend, move and lift up to 50lbs or more
- Primarily afternoon & some weekend shifts. Incumbent must be extremely flexible based on the needs of the centre.

**Qualifications**
- Exceptional communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude in repair of facility, machinery and appliances.
- Previous facility maintenance experience an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$45,760.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Relevant: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
