We currently have an opening for a **Quality Assurance Manager - Ontario & Quebec. **This key position within our organization will report tothe Director, Quality Assurance.

The successful applicant will have an excellent background pertaining to concrete technology knowledge for both dry cast and wet cast products. In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a necessity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Aggregate gradation and Petrographic Analysis reports
- ASTM and CSA standards for concrete pavers, slabs and segmental retaining walls.
- An excellent working knowledge of concrete admixtures for both dry and wet cast production.
- A sound background in quality control procedures for concrete production.
- Liaison with various suppliers for the constant improvement of product quality and new technologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of concrete technology, related to hard landscape products preferred
- Knowledge of both dry cast and wet cast products
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and quality control
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Math skills (including unit conversions and algebra)
- Report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and background check
