**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities related to RTU replacement and roofing work, ensuring mínimal disruption to Walmart’s ongoing operations.
- Administer and enforce company Health & Safety policies, including conducting daily safety meetings and site inspections.
- Monitor subtrade performance to ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Provide daily reports, resolve field personnel issues, and document incidents and deficiencies.
- Issue written infractions for violations of site safety or company policies and escalate major concerns as necessary.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with internal project management, client representatives, and subcontractors.
- Track extra work and ensure documentation and processes follow contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and schedule crane lifts, HVAC system shutdowns, and roof access logistics with Walmart’s operations and third-party vendors.
- Maintain an active and organized job site, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and site compliance at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of site supervisory experience, preferably on **commercial mechanical or roofing replacement projects**.
- Experience working in **live retail environments**, ideally within national retail chains such as Walmart.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field staff effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, mechanical layouts, and roofing plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed schedules, permits, and safety documentation.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and daily reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of GTA or Southern Ontario building and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and make real-time decisions on-site.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, especially under pressure.

**Preferred Assets**:

- HVAC project experience, especially with RTU systems and rooftop coordination.
- Roofing scope familiarity (membrane, flashing, decking, safety tie-offs).
- Previous experience working under Walmart’s contractor compliance requirements is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
