Then you might be a great fit for our Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The CSR role is critical for the long-term success of Caledonian Plumbing and Heating. You will be the first voice our current and potential clients hear when they call, which will make or break if they choose to work with us.

Must have experience working in a trades-based company taking inbound calls.

If selected for an interview you will be expected to show up on time and provide a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Caledonian plumbing and heating Is a North west based plumbing and heating company focusing mainly on residential and light commercial service, maintenance and installations

We currently have an opening in Calgary for a Customer service representative and dispatcher,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,440.00-$52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
