**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with project managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office apps.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing guidance on training & development opportunities for new hires.
- Perform research on industry trends to stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and recruiting.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Familiarity with various HR software systems including Salesforce, Kronos, PeopleSoft, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, interviewing techniques, and effective communication.
- Experience in performance management and staff evaluations is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
