**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, in person and virtually.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand their specific needs.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Provide training and development support for new hires.
- Assist in employee relations initiatives as needed to promote a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain employee training certificate files.
- Conduct company orientation sessions for new hires.
- Collaborate with payroll department to ensure seamless onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain employee statistics tracking.

**Skills**

- Ability to conduct effective interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Experience in training & development related to recruitment practices is a plus.
