**Sales Trainer & Recruiting Manager**:
The role of the Sales Trainer & Recruiting Manager is to guide and support the Department Managers to assess the skill set needs of their staff necessary to meet their individual and departmental objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting, hiring, and administering for all selling staff.
- Work with Department Managers (DM’s) to identify training needs of their staff.
- Design or source sales training programs to address those needs.
- Schedule and execute training across the organization.
- Provide coaching, as needed, to supplement internal training programs and ensure competency.
- Meet with FMs to evaluate the success of the training program(s) and measure results.

**2. Plan, Develop and Execute Training Needs to meet Odenza Objectives**:

- In alignment with the Corporate Annual Operating Plan, work with DM’s to develop and implement training programs to develop and achieve competency throughout the organization.

**3. Interpersonal Skills**

- The Sales Trainer closely interacts with all Department Managers and Odenza staff to facilitate and promote a thorough understanding of training needs and objectives where the thoughts and ideas of every employee are treated with courtesy, dignity and respect and where the welfare of the organization, department and individual are all considered when making training decisions.
- You should have a positive, happy, energetic and empathetic attitude knowing that your capabilities have a direct impact on results produced by our teams, wherein your primary objective is to improve those results.

**4. Reporting Relationships**
- This position reports to the Director of Travel and will work closely with the Management Team.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Burnaby, BC V5C 5T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
