Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This is a key position that will contribute to the growth and success of our sales department. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members - Conduct training sessions on various sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales processes - Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance - Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback - Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and sales methodologies to incorporate into training materials - Assist in the development of sales training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources - Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to reinforce learning objectives - Track and report on the progress of trainees during and after training sessions Skills: - Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role - Strong background in telemarketing, market research, technical sales, or business development - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal - Exceptional presentation and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices - Familiarity with technology sales tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems - Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their sales targets - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for teaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. **Salary**: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
