Key Responsibilities
- Tour Coordination: Handle all aspects of tour coordination, including managing travel itineraries, bookings, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate information about tour packages, destinations, itineraries, and services.
- Booking Management: Assist customers with booking tours, modifications, cancellations, and ensuring accurate travel documentation.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to tours or services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies) to ensure all aspects of the tour run smoothly.
- Document Preparation: Ensure all customer documents (e.g., itineraries, tickets) are complete and accurate before the tour departure.
- Customer Support: Assist customers during the pre-tour, during-tour, and post-tour phases, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise.
- Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback to improve future tours and services.
- Quality Control: Ensure all tours meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and manage customer files using booking and reservation systems.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Bilingual is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per month
