**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Support sales initiatives by engaging customers effectively and promoting relevant offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and analysis skills
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on upselling techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $35,050.07-$61,382.89 per year
