**Solution Consultant**

- talking to clients to understand business problems from a technical perspective,
- proposing technical solutions for business problems,
- writing Statement of Works and estimations,
- assist with delivery team on implementing agreed upon solutions with the client.
Some travel to customer locations will be required.
- **What you’ll do**:_
**Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Be involved with vendor contacts to further the partnership.
**Solution Design**
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions.
- Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Present demos and construct technical architectures aligned with a client's industry standards, use cases, strategies, and technical needs.
- Collaborate with technical leads to finalize solution designs.
**Pre-Sales Support**
- Partner with the Enterprise Sales Team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Qualify sales opportunities
- Deliver pitches, presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare statements of work, detailed proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
- Represent Ensemble at events like webinars, training sessions, and conferences.
**Implementation & Delivery Support**
- Assist in the transition from pre-sales to implementation by providing technical guidance to implementation teams.
- Validate solutions are implemented effectively, addressing technical issues that arise during implementation.
- Occasionally act as Lead Consultant for complex customer engagements involving multiple teams from Adobe, clients, or third-party vendors.
**Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership**
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Enhance clients’ digital marketing strategies using industry-standard approaches.
- Provide strategic guidance to maximize the ROI of the current software investment.
- Document useful information.
- **What you’ll need to succeed**:_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Curiousness of technology in general, with experience and understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and integration.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, in writing, and within presentations and demonstrations.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills - identify issues, tackle them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
- Strong storytelling, diagramming, white-boarding and listening skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
