**About the role**:The Water Utility Manager reports to the Director of Public Works and is responsible for the overall operations of the water utilities in Debert and Tatamagouche. The manager has primary responsibility for operational control of the wells, plants, towers and distribution systems, including process management, quality monitoring, regulatory reporting, preventative maintenance, future planning, budget development and control, and employee oversight.

**Education & experience required**:

- Post-secondary education in Water Treatment, Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- Level II Water Treatment and Distribution certificates
- Five years supervisory level experience
- Knowledge and hands on experience in the area of water treatment and distribution

Pay: $79,883.00-$92,640.00 per year
