**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a **Key Account Manager** (KAM) to join our Sales team, focusing on managing large, strategic accounts to ensure their success with Transoft’s software. The KAM will play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening customer relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The KAM has a critical role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Transoft’s solutions, fostering long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. The KAMs often work closely with the Product Managers facilitating feedback sessions from our strategic key account customers for ongoing product enhancement feedback. NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from our beautiful office near the Waterfront Station in downtown Vancouver for a minimum of 2 days per week.

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Work with multiple business units and regional resources to drive strategic selling and ABM activities for key accounts across industries like Traffic Safety and Aviation.
- Generate opportunities for expansion, upgrades, new licensing, and renewals within a defined account territory, including US State DOTs, large AEC firms, Canadian Provincial Governments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
- Conduct executive-level discussions to understand customer business objectives and operational needs.
- Ensure timely renewal of Maintenance and Subscription Contracts while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute business plans to meet annual and quarterly sales objectives across multiple products.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Attend industry events and conduct onsite customer visits to support new business development.

**About You**:

- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in sales, business, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in quota-carrying roles and account management.
- You are proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Civil Engineering or CAD is a plus but not required.
- You possess exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are comfortable with traveling to key customer sites for meetings and events.
- You have a proactive, solution-focused attitude with a commitment to continuously learning and improving customer experiences.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually + commission structure(Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
