**Who We are Looking For**

**Key** Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Management and Finance Team, the ERP Specialist will be the go-to person for all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central for the entire Delta Group team.
- Oversee the configuration, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Provide timely, expert support and troubleshooting for ERP users, ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct system updates, audits, and improvements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Analyze and optimize business processes within the ERP system, identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Develop and deliver training to staff on ERP functionalities and workflows.
- Work with external vendors and consultants as necessary to customize the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain reports to ensure data visibility and improve efficiency.
- Ensure ERP system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and network issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

**What You Offer**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field with certifications in MB-300 or MC910/MB920
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI) to develop or assist in developing workflows and support the creation of data warehouses for building dashboards.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and data migration tools for troubleshooting and ensuring smooth data transitions.
- Solid understanding of managing multiple product lines with different price groups and discount levels.
- Experience in data analysis, system configuration, and troubleshooting within ERP platforms. Awareness of API integration and extending ERP functionality with custom extensions using Microsoft tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance and recommend both functional and technical improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
