**Job Summary Statement**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for producing, coordinating, managing, distributing and collecting information about Brimich and overseeing the planning, implementing, marketing and evaluating different programs and services to existing and potential customers and potential job seekers.
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
- Develop, update and manage content for all social media accounts, e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create consistent content to ensure brand consistency in brand personality across all channels
- Grow following and engagement across all social media platforms
- Capture, edit and promote content to market our services through the production of marketing collateral such as digital content like newsletters, advertisements, and announcements
- Maintains the currency and style of company website
- Create blog posts for company website on a monthly basis
- Create engaging text, images and video content that creates conversation and attracts potential customers or staff through job postings
- Manages organic and paid posts/ads on social channels
- Organizing and participating in brainstorming sessions with management to develop detailed plan of social media amplification strategy and creative ideas
- Managing social measurement tools and analysing regular performance data to optimize performance, reporting on metrics and trending
- Oversee website development and performance to drive sales/revenue, brand awareness and customer loyalty
**Job Specifications—Education, Skills and Competencies**:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media Arts or related field of study
- Proven ability to create relevant, smart, and engaging content through exceptional writing and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of organic and paid social media platforms
- Thorough understanding of social media KPI’s and analytics and updating content plan and strategy based on those results
- Ability to conceive, write, edit and disseminate original content
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task; attention to detail essential
- Familiarity with graphic design programs, digital platforms, podcasts, and online content
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Adobe, Photoshop software; video editing skills on platforms such as TikTok and light graphic design/editing in Canva
