Customer Service Associate

**DLF Canada Inc., North America SBU** is currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Associate**for our Western Canada Business Unit **located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
This job is responsible for creating an environment of good customer service through actions. This includes ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, ensure interactions are dealt with in a professional manner and maintain a positive, friendly work ethic within a team environment. Strong data entry skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft platform is required. Balance the needs of internal/external customers and the business unit administrative requirements.
- Customer Service activities for our Retail Division -ensure “total customer satisfaction”
- Order entry processing activities
- Creating blend sheets
- Posting Blend sheets
- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivables activities - invoicing, credit memo processing as needed
- Assist sales team activities -quotes, pricing and availability
- Tracking Shipments
- Accounts Payable activities as needed
- Support other team members

**Qualifications**:

- 2 plus years of office/administrative experience in agricultural sales-related business, seed experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in office, business related programs
- Accounting experience an asset
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel & Word
- Navision software experience an asset

**Compensation and Benefits**:
This position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary, benefits, Group RRSP option with company matching program. Compensation will be based on experience. Parking is free.
