- MoM and actions Management team support of reports, presentations, organization chart Regular follow up with Managers regarding personnel Booking-and event coordination for departments and visitors Entrance cards/Visitor card registration Intern coordination and administration Purchase Request admin support (consultants, office material, courses, etc.) Coordinating food services as needed Your background: Expected performance Deliver with quality, on time with service in focus.
