We are currently seeking a Quality Control III to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing quality priorities on the production floor. As a technical reference for the department, you will be responsible for resolving quality disputes, supporting production teams in problem-solving, and ensuring that quality and training standards are maintained throughout manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a resource person and make final decisions in case of disputes between the team leader and quality control.
- Supervise quality personnel on production lines and ensure efficient task distribution.
- Inspect incoming products, components, and finished goods for quality.
- Prepare non-conformity reports and record data in internal systems.
- Validate component compliance according to established standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments for inspections.
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and promote best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and update work methods.
- Document inspection results in Excel reports and produce a daily inspection summary.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to support decisions on non-conforming products.
- Report any critical non-conformity or uncertainty to the team leader or manager.
- Manage material status in the system (blocked, under inspection, available) and perform product searches in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and support knowledge transfer within the team.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Quality Control or manufacturing role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Solid computer skills, including Excel and SAP (major asset).
- In-depth understanding of quality-related processes.
- Functional bilingualism (French and English).
