As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Soucy, you will be at the heart of our performance, ensuring that every component delivered by our suppliers meets the highest industry standards. Your role will be to validate, inspect and approve parts to ensure compliance with our customers' requirements. In addition to coordinating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions, you will actively participate in the evolution of our quality system, ensuring that every problem finds a lasting solution. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and improving the quality of our products throughout the supply chain

**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Collaborate with Methods agents on Continuous Quality Improvement activities
- Maintain and communicate performance-efficiency-characteristic indicators in surveillance
- Carry out controls, inspection and qualification of Items during production
- Carry out controls, inspection and approval of finished products
- Master the concepts of conforming vs. non-conforming products by managing records, identifications and inventories in an MRP environment
- Report identified problems and non-conformities to managers and staff, helping them to find the source with a view to correcting them on a permanent basis
- Participate in the activities of the laboratory control team.

**With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role**:

- DEC Technique Génie Mécanique and work experience an asset
- Be eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (criminal record)
- CMM programming and operation
- Know how to read drawings and interpret technical documents to identify customer quality requirements
- Ability to use inspection and test measuring instruments and equipment
- Good Ability to Measure, analyze, decide, document and communicate the results of inspections and tests performed
- Possess basic knowledge of Windows Office environment; in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and Power BI
- Possess a working knowledge of English to fully understand customer requirement
