**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Hours**:Monday to Friday from 7am-3pm

**Travel**:Required to our Milton, Halton, and Etobicoke facilities

**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a hands-on and proactive **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team at Fresh Taste Produce. This role is key to keeping our processing and packaging operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians on daily activities and troubleshooting
- Perform and oversee repair and upkeep of production and packaging line equipment (conveyors, sealers, baggers, etc.)
- Provide hands-on support for urgent equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate and track preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production, packaging, MHE and facility equipment
- Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and optimize reliability
- Assist with minor facility-related tasks (lighting, HVAC support, plumbing, etc.)
- Maintain and update CMMS records and logs (e.g., work orders, PMs, equipment history)
- Support safety initiatives, ensuring all maintenance work complies with health and food safety regulations
- Communicate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working in a foodprocessing or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with packaging machinery, forklifts, conveyors, and related systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Good communication and organizational skills
- We will require strong English written and oral skills for this role
- Basic understanding of HVAC and general facility maintenance

**Assets (Not Mandatory, but Nice to Have)**:

- Electrical / Mechanical diploma, trade certificate, or post-secondary education
- Forklift or aerial lift certification
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Spiceworks, Zendesk)

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
