We have three restaurants and are looking for great people to join our teams. We are opening our 2nd location of The French in Cambridge in the increasingly popular Gaslight District.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and deliver special requests to the kitchen.
- Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information when asked.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in setting up tables and organizing seating arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with bartending or willingness to learn is a plus.
