Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for almost 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are looking for a **_FIELD MAINTENANCE FOREMAN _**who can be responsible for a variety of duties related to the scheduling and coordinating heavy duty field technicians.

This position will be based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB.

**This is a full-time permanent position with competitive wages and benefits, including the allocation/use of a company vehicle.**

Primary duties include:

- Coordinating and scheduling all field mechanics (this includes taking calls and providing support over the phone).
- Inspecting stationary and mobile equipment at different locations to help diagnose problems and support efficient execution of work.
- Working with personnel across different departments to ensure organizational needs are met and that equipment is available when required.
- Working with other personnel within the maintenance department, including the Shop Foreman, to make sure all shop services and repairs are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
