**Overview of role**:
WestJet is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Integration Management office (IMO). The Integration Management Office is responsible for bringing to life the combination of WestJet and Sunwing's businesses and this Coordinator will exhibit a high standard of excellence, enjoy challenges, and is results-driven. The incumbent must be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment.

Reporting to the Vice President Integration Projects, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the logistics and administration coordination of the Sunwing integration projects across the WestJet group of companies. This involves a high attention to detail, strong multitasking, and a positive approach to collaboration and coordination.

**Key deliverables include**:

- Provide day to day coordination and support to the Integration Projects team to ensure overall project progression and efficiency
- Manage and keep up to date on all key project management documents including but not limited to, project action registry, issues log, decisions log, project schedule. Prepare status reports and edit presentations as needed
- Support Change Management and the Communications teams by ensuring Sharepoint content is updated and published according to company standards
- Assist with the administration of the project budgeting; enter invoices, and investigate any discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned by the IMO team

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of coordination experience
- Relevant post-secondary education or combination of education and experience
- Strength in multi-tasking, effective time management, and adaptability to changing business/project processes
- Ability to perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
- Demonstrate sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
- Ability to adapt and quickly learn new skills
- High degree of self-motivation and independent decision-making; ability to work with mínimal supervision, decisive and thoughtful problem solving, initiative and commitment in a fast paced and dynamic office environment
- Must provide high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Team player - works collaboratively to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
