**Overview**

*Journeyman ticket not necessary but equivalent experience is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete assembly of structural framing systems in accordance with building code and current bylaws.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents and relay pertinent information to crew.
- Ensure work is complete to the specifications provided and in compliance with current building codes.
- Organization of worksite, materials, waste, and tools.
- Delegation of tasks to fellow crew when required.

**Experience**:

- **Required**:_
- Framing experience and/or custom millwork / interior finishing experience 2 - 5 yrs minimum.
- Own hand tools and basic power tools (Drill set, skill saw etc.)
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in English / good communication skills.
- **Nice-to-Have**:_
- Special consideration for Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter.
- Windows/Door installation experience.
- Exterior envelope experience
- Cabinetry fabrication & installation experience
- Reliable work truck/van (mileage paid)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
