**The Position**:
Student to support Medical Excellence projects and functions over the course of the summer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Medical Affairs team through organizing and executing strategic medical initiatives.
- Provide assistance for oversight and management of Investigator Initiated studies (IIS) and non-trial activities (NTA) in Lectrona
- Provide assistance in the use and measurement of technology for KPI and Dashboard mangment
- Supports the FQA process for Quality Medicine and CAPA progress evaluation Support internal and external stakeholders in processing FMV assessments andupdates
- Supports SAP and OOS processing in BOOST and OMP platforms
- Supports Grant request process and Managment in Lectrona
- Assists with internal medical training, development and Governance development proceses
- Support Medical Affairs with other special projects as required
his position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible.**
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
**Requirements**:
- Student enrolled in a business or science based degree program available for a summer placement
- Advanced technical computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, analytic tools, etc.)Excellent customer/client relation, organizational and problem solving skills
