**The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role on the Head Office Operations Team in supporting the network of retail locations and their Owners / Managers. Your support will help provide consistency to the Supplement King Experience nationwide. You will report directly to the Director of Training and Support.**

**This role includes but is not limited to the following job responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative tasks that support Supplement King’s franchise management platform
- Assist in the Grand Opening process for new store locations (ordering, training, onsite support)
- Assisting with the creation and editing of all national training resources for the network of Supplement King retail locations
- Assisting with the creation of e-learning for the network of Supplement King retail locations
- Conduct onboarding and training for new Supplement King Owners
- Providing continued support and training for our network of store Owners / Managers
- Contribute to national projects
