We are seeking a skilled and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental office environment.

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records in electronic medical records system (Epic, Dentrix, etc.)
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

- Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Epic, Dentrix, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
